1. certificate is Hubbard Standard Technical Specialist (HSTS). Class VIII Course teaches about exact handling of all cases to 100% result and specializes in OT processes and reviews. Processes taught are Class VIII procedures, all case set up actions, all processes and corrective actions, OT processes and reviews. End result is ability to handle all cases to 100% result.
