ScnMaster

abbreviation for Executive Council Worldwide. Until early 1971 the ECWW ran all Scientology orgs (not Sea Org orgs) via its Continental Executive Councils and the org's own Executive Councils. It was disbanded by HCO PL 31 August 1971. Its functions are now done by the Flag Bureaux. See also Sea Org in this glossary.
