is a
drop
or
rise
on the
Tone Scale
caused by failure to
control

dynamic
or receipt of
allies

. The
drop
falls from above 2.5 down to
apathy
in a steep curve. It occurs in seconds or
minutes
or hours. The speed of
its
fall
is an
index
of the severity of the failure.
