GERMAN MATHEMATICIAN

GERMAN MATHEMATICIAN
ScnTUEU
a reference to English writer Charles Lutwidge Dodgson (1832–1898). He is best known for his novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1865), which he wrote under the pen name Lewis Carrol. He is referred to as a "German mathematician" possibly because his middle name is similar to the German name "Ludwig," and he was a lecturer on mathematics at Oxford University.
