LOW-TONE CASE

a preclear that has an E-Meter manifestation which is the same as that of a Clear, yet is actually in very poor case condition. A low-tone case has obvious areas of great irresponsibility; he cannot do things in life; he cannot answer questions about help or control intelligently. Such a case may not be able to influence his mind or body at all, and therefore the E-Meter reading is that of the body minus a bank. See also E-Meter in this glossary.
