English poet and author on books on magic and the
occult, Aleister Crowley (1875–1947), and which appears on his book Magick in
Theory and Practice. Crowley claimed to be the
beast prophesized in the
Bible (
Beast 666), and therion comes from the Greek
word for wild
beast.
