the Medical Officer on watch is to ensure that a log is kept of all persons visiting the sick bay. The following admin is to be kept for such visits:(1) time in, (2) name, (3) physical condition, (4) ethics condition (the person has currently), (5) time out, (6) date at top of page, right-hand corner.
