a humorous novel written by Harry Leon Wilson and published in 1923. It is about a hypochondriac who decides that he is going to die and takes to his bed. He has a very good-looking nurse taking care of him who is totally indifferent to him. He starts taking chances, such as riding motorcycles, skydiving, etc., to get her to pay attention to him.
