PROPORTIONATE PAY

the staff of the organization except for "part-time" staff is paid in units under the following system. Staff is paid 50% of the gross income less congress fees, books and tapes, of the organization. A staff member is assigned units of pay. The value of the unit varies from week to week. (HASI PL 19 Apr 57, Proportionate Pay Plan)
