accounting and banking. The invoicing,
accounting and banking of all
projects separately is to be done in a manner prescribed. Books are separately invoiced on a
second machine but all other invoicing is to be done on one other
machine. All disbursements shall be done on a
disbursement machine plus cheques. All invoices are to be numbered by
projects on the
invoice and all disbursements shall be so numbered. The assistance of chartered accountants shall be rendered.
